Second flush Darjeeling is harvested in early summer when the leaves develop deeper flavor and character. The brew is fuller and more rounded than first flush, with natural muscatel notes and a warm amber color. Balanced and elegant, it is a classic darjeeling tea experience.
Origin: Darjeeling, India.
Brewing Instruction:
For a hot brew, add 1 teaspoon per cup.
Start by boiling fresh, cold water.
Use boiling water (80-100°C).
The steeping time is 3-4 minutes.
Storing Instructions:
Store tea in an airtight container to prevent
exposure to air. Keep the container in a
cool, dark place, away from direct sunlight
or heat sources. Ensure the storage area is
dry. If you open a package of tea, reseal it
tightly to preserve freshness. Keep the
storage temperature is stable.
